Project goals were to create apply NLP and AI tools, models to analyze and compare two sets of resumes to find not obvious patterns, similarities and differences between 2 major group (High VS Low Value Prospect Candidates)

I have conducted EDA analysis as a first step to identify relationships and patterns in this 2 groups. Fortunatelly enough, client has provided labeled set of data for around 30 CVs which was extremelly helpfull in EDA and modeling steps. Those insights, allowed powerful feature engineering, fine-tuning of parameters and development of highly accurare model.
