Exact details cannot be disclosed as this was done for the client. Nevertheless, some details are following. After operating a few years a company wanted to understand whether and how much marketing campaigns it organizes boost its performance. The first stage was to establish KPI with regards to these goals. The next stage was to understand what data we need, whether the company stores this data, where it stores, and if not where we can access it. In the third step, I have started the actual implementation of data extraction. As a necessary step, I looked through dozens of documentation pages to extract data from Facebook/Meta API, Google Ads, Stripe, Google Analytics, etc. After data wrangling I have implemented KPI calculation and as a final step created an interactive web-based Dash application which was demonstrating KPI over time and within specific sectors when appropriate filters were applied from dropdowns or input fields.
