Goal of the project was to test a hypothesis with regards to stock market.

Exact details cannot be disclosed as again the idea was suggested by the client. But I can share that the hypothesis was related to the relationship between similarly named tickers and how price changes in ones are affecting others. Based on results we have identified that indeed there is some relationship.
